MagicEQ Families

The MagicEQ Family Program provides an emotionally strong foundation for both children and parents. Starting from age 5, the program equips families with good mental health and brings about positive change, so that they feel happy and confident in mind and body. The program provides the family with the skills and practical EQ Tools needed to build self-esteem and resilience. They learn relaxation and concentration skills (helps with ADHD), enhance communication and social skills, and identify, express and manage emotions positively.

LEVEL 1: Introduction to MagicEQ

Julie's Magic Blox EQ courses have been AMAZING! My husband and I completed the online parent course as well as the in-person EQ family course, together with our 13 year old daughter. The EQ tools she taught us in each of the 5 sessions are certainly ones that have helped us identify our emotions and have provided us with the proper skills to deal them more positively. I can honestly say that we have come away from her course with a more mindful approach to tackling the every day grouches that sometimes life throws our way! I would recommend her course to anyone wanting to be more positively connected with their emotions, to better their relationship and dealings with others, and on how to overcome their emotional challenges.

I really enjoyed taking the Parent's Magic EQ test. It was good to take some time to be reflective. I think the lessons can help parents be more sensitive and change the way they parent. I found the affirmations particularly powerful and have been using mine since I did the test! Thank you for such a great tool.

Really enjoyed completing this course. I found it to be practical, engaging, enlightening, very easy to relate to, the animations were great and the topic an essential life skill to acquire. Lastly it was well communicated and easy to complete the entire course within an hour and a bit. I liked that the 8 modules length of time are approx 5” so easy to maintain concentration and/or split the modules over few days if required. All in all a great course.
